A health and welfare Lasting power of attorney allows the attorney to make decisions about your health and welfare. A property and affairs Lasting Power of Attorney covers decisions about your finances and property.
Planning your care in the future can be distressing, however a Lasting Power of Attorney allows you to appoint someone to make certain decisions on your behalf should the time arise where this would be appropriate to do so. Our fee for preparing one Lasting Power of Attorney (Property & Financial Affairs OR Health & Welfare) is £295.00 + VAT (£354). There is also a disbursement payable to the Office of the Public Guardian which is £82.00 per application. This makes a total estimate of £436.00.
Our fee for preparing two Lasting Powers of Attorney (Property & Financial Affairs & Health & Welfare) is £400 + VAT (£480) thereon of £80. There is also a disbursement payable to the Office of the Public Guardian which is £82.00 per application. This makes a total estimate of £644.00.
