Our fee for preparing one Lasting Power of Attorney (Property & Financial Affairs OR Health & Welfare) is £295.00 + VAT (£354). There is also a disbursement payable to the Office of the Public Guardian which is £82.00 per application. This makes a total estimate of £436.00.
Our fee for preparing two Lasting Powers of Attorney (Property & Financial Affairs & Health & Welfare) is £400 + VAT (£480) thereon of £80. There is also a disbursement payable to the Office of the Public Guardian which is £82.00 per application. This makes a total estimate of £644.00.
